The 1000kVA Cummins generator which container is designed in accordance with ISO/TC104 standard size to ensure it is suitable for ship transportation. Available in 20' and 40' container types. The container type generator set is sturdy and durable, with a high degree of protection, suitable for use under bad environmental conditions. It has a more reasonable exhaust design to ensure continuous power supply. Equipped with a 50°C radiator with a fan for sufficient engine cooling system guarantee long time working. Equipped with an advanced generator set control system, ATS system (optional), remote control system(optional), parallel operation system(optional), and optional control model such as Deep sea, Smartgen, and ComAp. Compliance with all main standards, such as GB/T2820, ISO8528, IEC34, CE, standard. Rated voltage: 120V/240V, 220/380V, 230V/400V, 254V/440V, etc. other voltage is optional.

Heavy-duty fabricated steel-based frame with built-in fuel tank for at least 8 hours of continuous running. 6. Complete set mounted on a based frame with anti-vibration mountings. 7. Industrial 9 dB muffler exhaust system with flexible connects and bellows. 8. Based frame with fuel, oil, and coolant drain cocks for easy maintenance. 9. 12/24V DC electric start system with free maintenance battery & smarten brand battery charger. 10. Set mounted automatic control panel, with SMARTGEN or Deepsea and ComAp controller module with AMF function for automatic start & stop. 11. Document supply: test report of the generator, set of drawings, and manuals.

Assembly by Perkins brand new engine and brand new single bearing alternator with IP23, class H. Options alternator Brands: Stamford, Leroy Somer, Marathon, Mecc Alte, Hosem, etc. Heavy-duty steel as the base plate with 8 hours operation fuel tank.  The extremely low noise level, the canopy is made of 2mm cold-rolled sheet, filled with 3cm thick flame retardant muffler cotton, complete gen-set with heavy-duty industrial type silencer with flexible bellow and elbow. Vibration damper between engine/alternator and base frame 3-pole circuit breaker. Options Controller brands: UK Deepsea, Czech ComAp, CN Smartgen etc. Full range protect function and alarm shutdown feature Comply with ISO8528 national standard and ISO9001 quality standard.

The diesel generator trailer with  brake features an "A" style frame with a retractable and adjustable supporting wheel. It is equipped with 4 drawable bars with manual jacks for stabilization and 14" rims with regular tires. The tow adapter supports a 2" ball coupler or a 3" pintle ring. Trailer a tail reflector, and the maximum towing speed is 60 km/h.
